Introduction

At Groto, we’ve always believed that our best work speaks through the people who trust us.
And now, we’re creating space for those relationships to grow - with a quiet, thoughtful referral system.

This isn’t a scheme.
It’s a way to thank the founders, teams, and operators who bring great ideas our way.

Here’s how it works:

If you refer someone who goes on to work with us, you’ll receive a thank-you based on the type of project they start with:

For Retainer Projects

  • Get 10% off on your next billing cycle of your current project, or

  • Earn 10% commission on your referee’s deal size, capped at USD 1,000.

For Fixed Projects

Get 10% off on your next project with us (valid for up to 1 year).

When can you redeem?

Standard flow -Your referral reward activates once the referred project officially begins.

Need it sooner? - ⚡ If your referral is already in active, scope-aligned talks with us, we can apply your 10% benefit provisionally.
If they don’t sign within 90 days, we’ll reverse the provisional credit by either:

  • adding it to your next invoice,

  • rolling it forward to future work, or

  • converting it into a design review of equal value.

(You get speed when you need it; we both stay financially safe.)

How to refer:

  1. Introduce us to someone in your network
    Know a founder, product head, or team that could use strong UI/UX? Just refer us directly to them - a quick intro over email or DM works perfectly.

  2. Send us their contact
    Once you’ve made the intro, share the point of contact (POC) details with us so we can follow up personally.

  3. We take it from there
    Our team will connect with them, understand what they need, and if they start a project with us - that’s it.

  4. You get your thank-you
    Once the project begins, we’ll confirm your referral and apply your chosen reward automatically.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Duration & Validity
    Referral rewards remain valid for 1 year from the date they’re issued for Fixed projects.

  1. Early‑credit safety
    Any reward applied before the referred project signs is provisional. If they don’t sign within 90 days, it’s reversed (invoiced back, rolled forward, or converted into a design review).

  1. Conflict or Duplicate Referrals
    In case of multiple referrals, the reward goes to the first documented introduction we receive via email or DM.

  1. No Reward Swaps Once Started  
    Once your chosen reward (discount or commission) is activated, it cannot be changed.

  1. Groto reserves the right to verify referrals, alter referral rewards or policy terms, and resolve any disputes at its discretion.
