While we don’t offer refunds, any unused days are converted into design credit, valid for 90 days, so you can return when the timing is right. If you need to take a break, you can pause your plan for up to 3 weeks per quarter, and we’ll hold your designer’s slot for you. You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan at the end of any billing cycle, depending on how much support you need. Transitions are seamless, and our team is here to help guide you through any changes.
What if my designer takes leave or is unavailable?
Designers may take up to 2 leave days per month. If more time is needed, we’ll offer a backup designer. If you prefer to wait for the same one, the unused days are credited based on your plan’s rate, calculated on a 30-day month. You’ll be notified in advance.
What kind of work is included—and what isn’t?
We cover UX, UI, brand identity, and marketing design across web, product, and digital media. Out-of-scope work includes content writing, 3D or motion graphics, photography, hosting, or development. Anything outside scope can still be scoped and priced separately.
What are your working hours? Will meetings work in my time zone?
